eNOS' technology is primarily focused on treating cardiovascular disease, improving vascular function, slowing the progression of Alzheimer's disease, and minimizing brain tissue injury from strokes caused by focal ischemia—specifically cerebral thrombosis and cerebral embolism, which account for 70-80% of all strokes.
Current Product
Development efforts are focused on the EN-100 product:
Cardiovascular Applications: Daily oral capsule to prevent myocardial infarction and to treat intermittent claudication.
Alzheimer's Disease Applications: Daily oral capsule to slow the progression of Alzheimer's disease for minimally affected patients and to delay the onset of the disease in populations at high-risk for development of AD.
Stroke Applications: Daily oral capsule for treatment of transient ischemic attack (TIA), and for improving the outcomes of stroke victims, patients at high-risk for stroke, or patients who have previously suffered an ischemic stroke.
